What is excluded?

The following services and checks are excluded from the tune up:

• Remember that a PC Health check is NOT a repair service
• If the computer fails to boot or exhibits other fatal errors then a Health Check cannot be completed and you should talk to the engineer about the troubleshooting service we offer
• Apple computers and OS's PCs without a Windows Operating system
