Arrange a session
Before arranging/starting a remote session, please read our terms and conditions page.
Using Internet Explorer?
- Open Internet Explorer (Start –> All Programs –> Internet Explorer)
- Go to http://www.bitznpcz.co.uk/remote-support.html
- Click on the Remote support tab
- When the Technician has created a session, it will be available for you to join by entering a code (provided) then clicking Join
- You will see a pop up box "Application Run – Security Warning" –> Click on Run
- When connected, you will see the a tooltip in the lower right hand corner of the screen, as well as a small icon.
Using Chrome?
- The easiest browser to use is Internet Explorer, but if you cannot use Internet Explorer here are the instructions on how to connect using Google Chrome
- Open Chrome (Shortcut on desktop or Start –> All Programs –> Google Chrome –> Google Chrome)
- Go to http://www.bitznpcz.co.uk/remote-support.html
- Click on the Remote support tab
- Install the ClickOnce for Google Chrome by clicking here –> Click + ADD TO CHROME –> Click Install –> now go back to the remote support page
- When the Technician has created a session, it will be available for you to join by entering a code (provided) then clicking Join
- When connected, you will see the a tooltip in the lower right hand corner of the screen, as well as a small icon.
Using Firefox?
- The easiest browser to use is Internet Explorer, but if you cannot use Internet Explorer here are the instructions on how to connect using Firefox
- Open Firefox (Shortcut on desktop or Start –> All Programs –> Mozilla Firefox)
- Go to http://www.bitznpcz.co.uk/remote-support.html
- Click on the Remote support tab
- When the Technician has created a session, it will be available for you to join by entering a code (provided) then clicking Join
- You will now be prompted to download the remote tool so click on Save File
- Once the file has been downloaded the Firefox Download window should open up - double click on the file Elsnore ScreeConnect.GuestClient.exe
- You will see a pop up box “Open File – Security Warning” –> Click on Run
- When connected, you will see the a tooltip in the lower right hand corner of the screen, as well as a small icon.
Alternative method
- Download this file
- Click on Run
- This will then connect you to a technician
