Our technician will pick up your computer system, diagnose your computer problem and determine a solution. Faults can include hardware or software problems or failures. We will also remove any viruses and spyware from the system and optimise the system to work more efficiently. |

Our technician will remotely connect to your computer system, diagnose your computer problem and determine a solution. Faults can include hardware or software problems or failures. We will also remove any viruses and spyware from the system and optimise the system to work more efficiently. |
| Managed Service Plan (MSP) | £150 per month |
We will remotely manage your overall system on a regular basis and monitor the status of your equipment and network throughout the month. This provides on-going diagnostics and quick resolution of problems. This is the same service that we offer with our On-Site Support, but does not require our technicians to physically be present and therefore allows us to charge less for the service. |
