Business IT Support

Bitz 'n' PC'z Ltd provides IT support solutions to small and medium sized companies in the Derbyshire area.  We can be your part-time IT department, saving you money on hiring a permanent IT technician, but still ensuring that your company gets the IT support it requires.

Our support services are cost-effective and tailored to business needs, including:

  • Hardware maintenance

We offer different levels of support to meet your requirements:

Support Type Cost Details
On Site Support £50 per hour

Our technician will come to your office, diagnose your computer problem and determine a solution.  Faults can include hardware or software problems or failures.  We will also remove any viruses and spyware from the system and optimise the system to work more efficiently.

Off Site Support £45 per hour

Our technician will pick up your computer system, diagnose your computer problem and determine a solution.  Faults can include hardware or software problems or failures.  We will also remove any viruses and spyware from the system and optimise the system to work more efficiently.

 Remote Support £35 per hour

Our technician will remotely connect to your computer system, diagnose your computer problem and determine a solution.  Faults can include hardware or software problems or failures.  We will also remove any viruses and spyware from the system and optimise the system to work more efficiently.

Managed Service Plan (MSP) £150 per month

We will remotely manage your overall system on a regular basis and monitor the status of your equipment and network throughout the month. This provides on-going diagnostics and quick resolution of problems. This is the same service that we offer with our On-Site Support, but does not require our technicians to physically be present and therefore allows us to charge less for the service.

In addition to this base price for every plan, there is a per-device (e.g. computer/server) cost. If we need to send a technician onsite to resolve a problem there is an On-Site Support cost per-hour at a discounted rate for plan members.

Cost per device  £10

This is to cover the costs of our remote monitoring software

On-Site Support (with MSP) £30 per hour

Discounted per-hour charge for On-Site Support for clients with a Managed Service Plan.
