The Bitz 'n' PC'z Limited Data Recovery Service works on a 'no-fix, no-fee' promise, if we have no success in recovering any of your data then you pay nothing.

If you believe that data has been lost, we recommend the following steps:

1) Don't worry - there is a good chance we can recover your data

2) Turn off the power

3) Do not restart the machine

4) Do not reinstall any software

5) Contact us for advice

If your drive cannot be re-used you can have the recovered data transferred to CD/DVD at no extra cost.

Lost/Missing/Forgotten Passwords?

If you have forgotten your password to any of the following programs or applications then we may be able to help. We charge £15 for the first password and £5 for each one thereafter. No Fix - No Fee - so, nothing to lose and everything to gain.
