Using secure software, we can repair your computer using remote control.

Using this software we can offer our services to the whole of Derbyshire including:

You will need a working internet connection, but all problems (excluding hardware and network problems) can be resolved this way.  No need to unwire your computer and bring it in or take it to the big repair shops, we can fix it from the comfort of your own home!

Using Internet Explorer?

 

  1. Open Internet Explorer (Start –> All Programs –> Internet Explorer)
  2. Go to http://www.bitznpcz.co.uk/remote-support.html
  3. Click on the Remote support tab
  4. When the Technician has created a session, it will be available for you to join by entering a code (provided) then clicking Join
  5. You will see a pop up box "Application Run – Security Warning" –> Click on Run
  6. When connected, you will see the a tooltip in the lower right hand corner of the screen, as well as a small icon.

Using Chrome?

 

  1. The easiest browser to use is Internet Explorer, but if you cannot use Internet Explorer here are the instructions on how to connect using Google Chrome
  2. Open Chrome (Shortcut on desktop or Start –> All Programs –> Google Chrome –> Google Chrome)
  3. Go to http://www.bitznpcz.co.uk/remote-support.html
  4. Click on the Remote support tab
  5. Install the ClickOnce for Google Chrome by clicking here –> Click + ADD TO CHROME –> Click Install –> now go back to the remote support page
  6. When the Technician has created a session, it will be available for you to join by entering a code (provided) then clicking Join
  7. When connected, you will see the a tooltip in the lower right hand corner of the screen, as well as a small icon.

Using Firefox?

 

  1. The easiest browser to use is Internet Explorer, but if you cannot use Internet Explorer here are the instructions on how to connect using Firefox
  2. Open Firefox (Shortcut on desktop or Start –> All Programs –> Mozilla Firefox)
  3. Go to http://www.bitznpcz.co.uk/remote-support.html
  4. Click on the Remote support tab
  5. When the Technician has created a session, it will be available for you to join by entering a code (provided) then clicking Join
  6. You will now be prompted to download the remote tool so click on Save File
  7. Once the file has been downloaded the Firefox Download window should open up - double click on the file Elsnore ScreeConnect.GuestClient.exe
  8. You will see a pop up box “Open File – Security Warning” –> Click on Run
  9. When connected, you will see the a tooltip in the lower right hand corner of the screen, as well as a small icon.

Alternative method

 

  1. Download this file
  2. Click on Run
  3. This will then connect you to a technician
