I have known Kevin since he was introduced to me by a very well respected Primary Head Teacher colleague, last November (2010).
Our previous ICT technician was leaving and we needed to sort out support quickly. Kevin very kindly offered to come into school and talk to his predecessor to find out the ins and outs of the role on our establishment - every school is different. All this was done at no cost to us. Kevin then kindly agreed to add our school to the list of those he supports on a regular basis.
Since then Kevin comes into school every other week and very efficiently maintains our ICT equipment. He comes in on Thursday afternoons and works very quietly without any disturbance to classes or staff. He takes jobs from his book and “just gets on”!
Kevin regularly takes jobs away to finish or research and emails to keep me in touch with what’s happening. I am very impressed and delighted to have Kevin on board and am very happy to recommend him for similar work.

I really must say that Kevin is a "Knight in Shining Armour" when it comes to computers - always a fast and friendly service offering advice and support where needed, and no job is too small. A tiny problem when my printer wouldn't work took just seconds to resolve and he even put a program on my desktop that I could run if it did it again! He offers excellent value for money and even collects/repairs my computer out of normal working hours. He's the best!

Having a considerable amount of ICT equipment in the school it is essential to have professional technical support at an affordable price. For me, it is important that the support be given in a ‘language’ the staff at the school understands and in a way that does not make them feel foolish for not knowing the answer themselves.
Kevin of Bitz n PC’z has looked after us for five years and I find that he carries out his duties in such a way that I am happy to recommend him to others. He is technically very capable and looks after the wireless network, the laptops, projectors, interactive whiteboards and all of the peripheral equipment that goes with it. From installing a new server to soldering the plug onto a cable, he takes it all in his stride.
In a school setting, you need to have personnel who are aware of the distraction that can be caused by merely entering a room. On arriving at a class to carry out some maintenance, he assesses the activity the children are undertaking and will only enter if he feels he will not disturb the children.
We have had other technicians at our school in the past. If you ask the staff at this school who they find the best, they will be unanimous in their support of Kevin/Bitz n PC’z

GREAT WORK... HE EVEN BUILT MY COMPUTER DESK! I asked Kevin to install my new Dell computer in the study. He did a fantastic job and was very neat and tidy. Kevin fitted the computer, installed all of the software and gave me a brief training session on how to use everything. He even built my new computer desk for me. Great service!

QUICKLY RESOLVED AT A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE An exceptionally prompt, highly competent and very friendly service seemed to characterise the Bitz 'n' PC'z response to our plea for help with a business-stopping breakdown to our internet service. What turned out to be a complex problem was quickly resolved at a very competitive price.
